GentleGuide is a lookup for parents in Australia. These terms cover using gentleguide.com.au, creating an account, and paying for GentleGuide Pro. Questions: hello@gentleguide.com.au.

What this is not

GentleGuide is not medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. Notes use common child-development principles. You know your child. Timestamps are approximate. Cuts and streaming versions can differ.

We are not affiliated with Netflix, Disney+, Stan, ABC iView, or the owners of any title. Names and artwork belong to them.

Accounts and GentleGuide Pro

Lookup, age notes, what to watch for, and the first timestamp on each guided title stay free, with or without an account. A free account lets you save titles. GentleGuide Pro is a subscription billed in Australian dollars through Stripe. Monthly is AUD $6.99. Yearly is AUD $65.88 (AUD $5.49 per month, 21% off vs paying monthly). New GentleGuide Pro checkouts include a 7-day trial. We collect a card at checkout and charge when the trial ends unless you cancel. It renews until you cancel.

To cancel, email hello@gentleguide.com.au from the address on your account. Access stays until the end of the period you have paid for, unless Stripe or the law requires otherwise.

Title requests

You can ask us to review a title. That is a suggestion, not a promise we will write it, and not a deadline. We do not publish parent-sent timestamps as a guide.

Your use

Do not scrape, copy, or republish our notes as your own product. Do not use the site to collect information about a child. Australian Consumer Law still applies to you as a consumer.
